The Reservation Options

The Reserve places option is designed to give event organisors time to confirm numbers and collect the deposits before paying out any money, safe in the knowledge that the date they want is secured.

We are happy to hold the required number of places without any deposit for an agreed period of time as listed below.

If your event is in the next 1 - 4 days we are unable to hold your event on a reservation as it is to close to the event date so give us a call 01623 883980

If your event is in the next 5 - 7 days your reservation will be held for 3 days

If your event is in the next 8 -14 days your reservation will be held for 7 days

If your event is in the next 15 - 30 days your reservation will be held for 14 days

If your event is in 31 - 45 days or more your reservation will be held for 21 days

If your event over 46 days away your reservation will be held for 30 days

Once you have completd and submited the form below you will recive an email confirmation from us showing what you have reserved and the date the deposit is required this is normally sent out within 24 hours of us receiving the reservation email but can take longer during busy periods.
